Luxe Interior Design — Brooklyn
Industrial Loft Interior Design
A converted warehouse is a gift and a puzzle: soaring ceilings, exposed brick and oversized windows — but few walls to define how you live.
We zone open plans with rugs, lighting and furniture groupings, balance raw materials with walnut, boucle and stone, and choose artwork big enough to hold its own.
In Brooklyn
Loft Interiors in Williamsburg, DUMBO, Bushwick & Greenpoint
North Brooklyn and DUMBO are full of former factories and warehouses converted into homes, with brick walls, timber or steel beams, concrete floors and huge windows.
We design these open volumes to feel warm and organized: zoning big rooms with rugs and lighting, softening echo with textiles, and choosing furniture with enough presence to fill tall ceilings.
Zoning open plans
Defined living, dining and work areas without blocking light.
Acoustics
Textiles and soft surfaces to calm hard, echoing rooms.
Industrial character
Keeping brick and steel visible while adding warmth.
